As you may see in my own response, I'm against advice…. but I note the soothing tone of your words…and I am thinking that sometimes these sorts of responses can resonate up the spiral staircase of recovery and be heard at a higher altitude…..
Ah, Jon… thanks for your comments (I love your blogs, so I *am* familiar with what you wrote/ write :-)
This was a hard one… so I went with what I felt might be a suitable framework, template that might resonate, harmonize for one in overwhelm crisis…. although truth be told, I almost ditched the blog, because I felt like it could be received as too broad a feeling sense when, in fact, i want to communicate the authentic breadth and depth of embracing presencing open strength, ready for care and directionality/action (on behalf of the one in overwhelm).
I also referenced some of the key sensations, offerings that were given to me during some of my more recent turbulent times… these were the gems, the sustenance, the resuscitation that aided the resilience of this weary one, me ;-)
Cheers, ~Stacy
